As of November 13, 2024, OTR Solutions acquired TruckSmarter's factoring business — including advances, fuel line of credit, and the banking division.
This means that requests for the following must now go directly to OTR Solutions:
Factoring summaries (annual or monthly)
IFTA reports and fuel tax records
1099 or other tax documents
Advance history and statements
Fuel line of credit records
Banking statements
How to reach OTR Solutions
Email the OTR Solutions operations team directly:
Include your company name, MC number, and the specific document or date range you need. The OTR team will be able to pull your records and assist you.
