What if a driver cannot open the TruckSmarter app to display their fuel code?
If the driver is having issues accessing their TruckSmarter app, they can show you their code from an email or text from TruckSmarter.
What if a driver’s code cannot be validated?
Ask the driver to confirm the truck stop location for their reservation. If their location is correct, please contact TruckSmarter Merchant Support to help resolve the issue.
What if a driver does not have a reservation?
The driver must make a reservation via the TruckSmarter app, otherwise they cannot receive any fuel discounts.
What if I believe a driver is engaging in fraud?
If you suspect that a driver is engaging in fraud, please ask the driver to contact TruckSmarter Merchant Support in order to complete their reservation. We will work with the driver to determine that the reservation is valid and we will contact you directly after we have verified the reservation.
What if a driver begins to fill up and wants to cancel their reservation?
A driver cannot cancel their reservation once they begin filling. They must pay for any fuel they have received. If the driver has not filled any gallons, you can complete their reservation in the Travel Center Manager app by entering 0 gallons for their reservation.
