If you created a TruckSmarter account before January 22nd, 2024 then you will have a username and password associated with your TruckSmarter account. This article explains how to reset your password.
| 💡 Please note that you cannot reset your password if you are currently logged in to the TruckSmarter app. To log out, navigate to the Profile tab and tap Log out in the top-right. |
1. Send a password reset link
From the Log In screen, first tap the Email and password button and then the Forgot password? button. Enter in your email address and tap Send reset link — an email from no-reply@trucksmarter.com will be immediately sent to your inbox.
2. Update your password
Open the email and tap the Reset password button. You will be navigated to a website that will prompt you for your new TruckSmarter password. After successfully updating your password, you may now return to the TruckSmarter app and log in with your updated credentials.
