If you wish to delete your TruckSmarter account and it's associated data, you can submit a request to delete your TruckSmarter data. Follow the steps below to learn more.
Request account data deletion
First, navigate to the Profile tab and scroll down to the Get support from our team menu. Next, select the dropdown and scroll to find the Delete my account option. Lastly, tap the Submit button to submit your request to the TruckSmarter Support team. You will be sent an automated email that acknowledges your request.
| 🚨 Please note that you will no longer be able to log in to your TruckSmarter account once your request has been processed. Account deletion cannot be undone. |
