In the case of a charge back (or Bill Back), TruckSmarter allows for the option to pay your balance directly in the app using a credit or debit card.
Completing a bill back with an existing card
If you have previously booked fuel through TruckSmarter, you can use your saved payment method to remedy the outstanding bill back. To use this method, navigate to the factoring tab of the app, then choose the invoice that has the outstanding bill back.
At this point, select the card you wish to pay with and follow the prompts to complete the bill back.
Adding a new Card
To add a new payment method, navigate to the factoring tab, then select the invoice with the outstanding bill back. Then, select Pay with card, and choose to either "Change" or "Add a payment method." Follow the prompts to add your credit card details, then complete the bill back using the "Pay Repurchase Amount" button
