Be specific, but not too strict—overly tight filters may limit your results.

Minimum RPM

✅ Good Example: Set minimum RPM to $2.50 so you see most market loads, then negotiate up.
❌ Bad Example: Set minimum RPM to $10—you’ll filter out almost everything and miss loads worth bidding on.

Deadhead Distance

✅ Good Example: Set max deadhead to 150 miles—you’ll see more options, especially in slower markets.
❌ Bad Example: Set max deadhead to 50 miles—you may miss nearby loads just outside your radius.

Some filters (like pickup time and trailer type) are strict, while others are more flexible—so tweak as needed to open up more options.

Time Window Filtering

Make sure your pickup time reflects when you’re physically able to take a load—leave room for delays, rest, or transit.

❌ Bad Example: Leave time filters blank if you only want morning loads—you’ll get results at all hours.

Max Weight: Enter the actual maximum weight your truck can safely and consistently haul.

Minimum Load Price: Use this field if you have a firm minimum load price that you do not accept loads below.
Minimum Rate per Mile (RPM):
- Set a realistic threshold to avoid missing valuable load opportunities.
- Keep in mind that rates are often negotiable, and we’re happy to bid higher on your behalf!
Min/Max Distance (Miles):
