TruckSmarter Dispatch assists in finding loads for you by verifying details directly with brokers. However, the decision-making is entirely in your hands. You decide which loads to bid on, book, or skip. It’s all about giving you the flexibility and control you need to manage your operations.

• Control which loads you want to bid on or book.

• Easy access to brokers you already have accounts with.

How Dispatch Works

1. Submit Your Search:
   Let us know what you’re looking for by submitting a search.

   • You can submit your search via text at (312) 585-6452 or through the TruckSmarter app by clicking the Dispatch logo on the right side of the home screen.

2. We Search for Loads:
   Once you submit your search, we start working behind the scenes, reaching out to brokers with loads that may be a good fit for you.

3. Check for Updates:
   You can check for load updates in the TruckSmarter app. Sometimes, we may exclude loads if they don’t match your search criteria perfectly, but we may still find great options for you.

4. Notifications:
   We’ll notify you of any loads we find via text and in the app.

   • If you’re receiving updates via text, simply click the link included in the text to open the app and view full load details, including broker contact information.

   • If you’re in the app, just tap on the load you're interested in to see all the details.
