Step 4: When Direct Bidding Isn’t Available
With TruckSmarter Dispatch, you can easily review loads that match your search and decide whether to bid, book, or pass. Dispatch verifies the information with brokers, but you always stay in full control.
Step 1: Submit Your Search
Start by telling Dispatch what kind of load you’re looking for.
Text your search to (312) 585-6452, or
Open your TruckSmarter app and click the Dispatch logo on the right side of the home screen.
Once your search is submitted, Dispatch works behind the scenes to find loads that may be a fit.
Step 2: Review Load Options
When we find potential loads for you:
You’ll get a text notification with a link. Click the link to open the TruckSmarter app and see all the load details.
Or, check directly in the app, where loads will appear under Dispatch results.
Step 3: Bid on a Load
If the load is with a broker you already have an account with, you’ll see the bid option directly in the app.
Enter your rate and submit your bid instantly.
If the broker supports direct booking, you may also see a “Book” option to confirm immediately.
Step 4: When Direct Bidding Isn’t Available
For some loads, you won’t be able to place a bid or book in-app. In those cases, Dispatch provides the broker’s verified contact information (email or phone number with extension) so you can reach out and act on the load directly.
