Feedback helps you fine-tune your search results by rating the loads you find. Share what works and what doesn't, and Dispatch learns your preferences to surface better matches. 

Follow these simple steps to provide feedback on any load. 

Note: This feature is only available for Dispatch users. You can sign up for Dispatch here. 

Step 1: Review the load details 

When you're viewing a load on the load details page, scroll to the bottom to find the Load Feedback prompt.

Step 2: Rate the load 

At the bottom of the load details page, you'll see the question "Was this a good load?" with two options:

• 👍 Thumbs up: This load met your needs 
• 👎 Thumbs down: This load didn't meet your needs

Tap your choice to continue. 

Step 3: Leave more feedback

After selecting thumbs up or thumbs down, you'll see options to explain what made this load right (or wrong) for you. 

You can provide feedback on:

• Rate 
• Broker 
• Pick-up location
• Drop-off location 
• Deadhead
• Commodity
• Any other criteria that matter to your business

Select the factors that influenced your decision, then tap Share feedback to submit. 

Pro Tip: The more specific you are about what you liked or didn't like, the better Dispatch can match you with loads that fit your preferences. 

What happens next? 

Dispatch saves your feedback to your driver preferences and uses it to improve future search results. If you gave a thumbs up to a load, you'll start to see more loads like this one. If you gave a thumbs down to a load, you'll start to see fewer loads with similar characteristics—helping you avoid wasting time on loads that don't match your needs.
