Email Assistant partners with Google to securely connect to your Gmail, and shows load offers from broker emails in Dispatch and Load Board.
Once connected, it works quietly in the background to organize your load options:
- Broker emails are scanned for load details
- Verified email loads show up in either Dispatch or Load Board if they match your search
- Everything stays searchable and filterable in one place

Where to view loads from my email
After creating a search, email loads show up in the results alongside other loads, sorted by how relevant it is. If you see a “Load source” section with the text “Dispatch found this load in your Email” after tapping into a specific load details page, it was from an email load.
If you want to know what email it came from, you can tap into the "Load source" section.
Why don’t I see any loads from my email?
If email loads aren’t showing up in Dispatch or Load Board, it could be because:
- None of the loads in your email match your search criteria
- There are incomplete load details in the broker email
- The load is invalid
How do I disconnect my Gmail?
