Why do I need to connect my load board to TruckSmarter?
Some brokers do not allow you to view, bid, or book their loads until you have connected their load board. To have the best experience with TruckSmarter, we recommend that you link all of your load boards so that you can have access to all loads on the TruckSmarter Load Board!
What if I don't have an account for a specific load board?
You will have to navigate to the broker's official website to sign up and create and account. Please note that this process will vary from broker to broker. Once you have successfully created a broker account, you can return to the TruckSmarter app to connect your load board by following the steps outlined in this article.
Connecting your first load board
First, tap the Profile tab and navigate to the Add load boards menu:
From the list, select or search for a load board you would like to connect to TruckSmarter. At the credentials pane, submit your username and password that you use to log in with the broker.
You can manually repeat this process for as many load boards as you like, and TruckSmarter can try to automatically connect your other load boards.
Automatically connect to more load boards
After successfully connecting your first load board, TruckSmarter will ask to automatically connect your other load boards. Select the Connect now button if you wish to enable this functionality.

Deleting a connected load board
You can remove any load board by navigating back to the Add load boards menu and tapping the Connected button. Tap Delete connection and Delete to confirm. If necessary, you can reconnect previously removed load boards at any time.
