You can connect your TruckSmarter account(s) to QuickBooks to track and manage your TruckSmarter transactions.
If you are unfamiliar with how to use QuickBooks, we strongly recommend that you review the QuickBooks documentation first. If you run into any issues during the connection process, please contact QuickBooks directly.
1. Log in to QuickBooks
First, login to your QuickBooks account and navigate to the Transactions tab. If this is your first time connecting a bank account to QuickBooks, select Add first account to open the bank search menu:
2. Search for TruckSmarter
In the search bar, type "TruckSmarter". Continue the flow by selecting TruckSmarter and authenticating with your TruckSmarter details:
3. Select your account(s)
Next, select the TruckSmarter account(s) you want to connect and click Continue to finish the connection process:
4. (Optional) Adjust your transaction categories and rules
QuickBooks will navigate you through some introductory steps to help categorize your transactions accordingly:
If necessary, you can adjust the transaction categories chosen by QuickBooks. You can also create rules to group similar transactions together:
