1. How does Dispatch work?

Dispatch is an AI-powered chat-based assistant that works like a real Dispatcher. Chat to tell it what you need. It will find loads, answer your freight questions, confirm load details, and even help you bid or book through the broker's system, email, or phone. You always stay in control — when you request a booking, we'll transfer you in at the end to decide what actually gets booked.

2. Is there a cost to use Dispatch?

Dispatch is free to try for all carriers. No subscription required. Free access includes a limited number of prompts per week. For unlimited use, it's $49/month.

3. What information do I need to provide to get started?

You can begin using Dispatch as soon as you sign up — open the Dispatch tab and start a chat to search for loads. To bid and book loads, you will need to verify your carrier authority using your MC or DOT number. No credit card is required to get started.

4. How is this different from other dispatching services?

Unlike traditional dispatching services, Dispatch doesn't take a percentage of your revenue. It works 24/7, monitoring lanes, finding loads in the background, and more. You decide which loads to pursue and which to book. No middleman, no commission.

5. Can Dispatch bid and book a load?

Yes. Once you've found loads you're interested in, tell Dispatch what to do: "Book it for $2,000", "Draft an email to the broker", or "Call to get more details, then book".

A few things to know about how booking works: Direct booking is available for select brokers, if you have connected your credentials. For phone bookings, Dispatch handles the call and transfers you in for final confirmation. For email, Dispatch drafts the message and you review it before it goes out.

6. Which load boards does the service search?

Dispatch scans thousands of loads from TruckSmarter's load board, with plans to expand to additional major load boards in the future. You can also connect your Gmail account to bring broker load emails directly into Dispatch.

7. How quickly will I receive updates?

Load notifications are sent in real-time as Dispatch verifies details. Depending on the urgency, you'll hear from us by a phone call, push notification, or text message. Updates also appear directly in chat. To check on active tasks, tap the icon in the top right corner of the Dispatch page.
