The Dispatch feature in the TruckSmarter app helps you search for loads more efficiently by working directly with our team. While your search is active, we verify load details with brokers on your behalf and show you the verified options in real time.

If you are not an active Dispatch customer, contact our Sales team at (309) 220-4383.

If you are a Dispatch customer, go to your Home screen and tap the Dispatch tile.

This will take you to your Dispatch dashboard, where you can:

If a TruckSmarter sales rep started a search for you during the onboarding call, you’ll see it listed at the top. This includes key info like:

While the search is running, we’re verifying information directly with brokers.

As brokers confirm details, verified loads will appear in the lower part of the screen.

Tap Update Search to modify your preferences, or Stop if you no longer need us to verify loads.

Tap any verified load to open a detailed screen with:

If your plans change or you want to look for different lanes, tap Update Search on the search summary screen.

These are the fields you’ll most likely change frequently as your availability and preferences evolve.

Need to adjust your equipment type or other filters?

Tap Edit all filters, where you can:

Tap Done to restart your search with updated info.
