If you wish to delete your TruckSmarter account and it's associated data, you can submit a request to delete your TruckSmarter data. Follow the steps below to
learn more.
Request account data deletion
First, navigate to the Home tab and scroll down to the Get support from our team menu. Next, select the option to Send us a message. In the message please let us know that you would like to delete your account. You will be sent a ticket in that message thread to confirm your account deletion. Once you confirm in the ticket, a member from our team will follow up on your request.
🚨 Please note that you will no longer be able to log in to your TruckSmarter account once your request has been processed. Account deletion cannot be undone. |
Head to the TruckSmarter app and follow the directions above to submit your account deletion request.
