How to Get Started With Email Assistant

Email Assistant is a Dispatch feature that brings broker load emails directly into TruckSmarter, so you can view and book load offers all in one place.

Getting started with Email Assistant is easy, whether you’re new to Dispatch or already using it.

Step 1: Try Dispatch for Free
Dispatch is TruckSmarter’s AI-powered load board assistant. You can start with a free trial to explore features like Email Assistant and see how it fits your workflow.

If you’re not ready yet, TruckSmarter also offers a free load board where you can search freight without paying upfront.



Step 2: Connect Your Gmail
Once you’re using Dispatch, open the TruckSmarter app and connect your Gmail account. Email Assistant will begin pulling load offers from broker emails into Dispatch automatically.



Step 3: Book Loads From One Place
After setup, load offers that come from email show up right alongside load board listings. You can now search, filter, view details, and contact brokers, all without switching apps or digging through messages.

Is my Gmail data private and secure?
Yes. Email Assistant partners with Google to securely connect to your Gmail and only scans for load-related emails from real brokers. Your personal emails and rates stay private, and you can disconnect Gmail at any time.

Does Email Assistant work with email providers other than Gmail?
Not currently. Email Assistant only supports Gmail at this time.
